Our terms and conditions are binding with the sending of your order.

1. Prices
All prices are in EURO including the applicable statutory VAT for Germany.

Unless expressly stated otherwise (e.g. pair or set), all prices are as unit prices to understand.

 

2. Minimum order value

A minimum order value does not exist.

 

3. Order

You can order using the online form or email.

We will confirm your order as soon as possible by email.

The ordered goods will be shipped as soon as possible. The offer is subject to change. It can happen that something is out of print. In this case there is no right to delivery. Partial deliveries are possible on request. This will be communicated to you by email before delivery and your approval is awaited!

The complete handling of the correspondence should take place via email.

 

4. Shipping within Germany

Shipping in advance within Germany:

exceptions:

Bulky parcels larger than 120x60x60 cm.

For small parts that can be sent by letter.

Here you will receive a separate offer on request.

 

Special requests, such as express delivery, are calculated according to the postal price list.

Right of return: 14 days after arrival of the goods according to the Fernabgabegesetz.

6. Condition of the goods

Some of the goods are made by hand, so despite the greatest care, small deviations in the same parts are possible. Any traces of processing are inevitable and are automatically accepted as given when an order is placed.

 

7. Reservations

In the event that the goods offered are not available, we reserve the right not to execute your order. If we have the customer's email, address or telephone number, we will try to inform our customers about this.

As our website is subject to constant updates, our offers are subject to change and errors reserved. If errors occur that lead to incorrect results in the proposed processing of the offer, we expressly reserve the right to cancel orders placed by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject orders without giving reasons. In particular, we are not obliged to inform the customer about this.

If our goods are defective, any third-party intervention or attempts to repair the product will void any warranty claim!

An exception is possible after written agreement with us.

 

8. Retention of Title

Until the goods have been paid for in full, they remain our property!

 

9. Returns

You have the option to exchange or return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Goods that have been changed or manufactured according to customer requirements are excluded. Electronic components are generally not exchangeable. The return period begins with the receipt of the goods and this instruction. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. The burden of proof for the actual return is on the consumer. Returns must be carefully packed! Please do not forget to include the invoice number and your full address. In the case of a return from a delivery of goods, you have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.

10. Return Sequences

In the case of the effective exercise of the right of return, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits drawn are to be surrendered. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as you would have been able to do in a shop, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation if you do not use the goods like an owner and refrain from doing anything that may impair their value. If you make use of your right of return, the purchase contract becomes null and void.

 

11. Dispute settlement / arbitration

The EU Commission offers the option of online dispute resolution on an online platform it operates.
